PurposeWork is a Christian-based vocational rehabilitation organization, founded on the principles of love, support, hope, acceptance, and justice. We are inspired by Jesus Christ’s ministry towards the downtrodden, the overlooked, the disabled, the poor, and the rejected. Our mission is to remove barriers to employment for people with disabilities and increase inclusion in their community.
With five years of industry experience, we have developed a unique approach to vocational rehabilitation. We use motivational interviewing to increase motivation and encourage our consumers. Our services are designed to empower individuals, inspire change, and foster independence. We believe in the potential of every individual and are committed to helping them achieve their vocational goals.

Rehabilitation Counseling
We help individuals with disabilities, injuries, or We assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their vocational goals through comprehensive support services.
Work Readiness Curriculum
Our curriculum includes impression management, resume and cover letter help, soft skills and professional development, goal setting, and a mock interview trial.
Job Search
We provide a realistic job search based on one’s environment, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience level.
Work Trial Assessment
We offer placement into unpaid, short-term work experiences to evaluate a client’s job skills, work style, and endurance level.
